Perth is no longer a little dull country town

Peak dates for Restaurants, taxi's and Limousine bookings are now with our growing population very scarce even with all the doom and gloom talk. We like many other business's in Perth reserve those dates for our regular clients that use us all year round and especially in our off peak times. The new masses can hardly expect us to drop our long time loyal clients to cater to them for the peak once off days of the year. The same applies for people wanting taxis New Years Eve etc ,they can't really expect to be properly catered to if they have not generated the supply of taxi's by using them the rest of the time. More over the excessive drinking has forced many in the transport industry to change where and when it operates. I mean buses and trains don't operate much past midnight so why should others be expected to be substitute paddy wagons for the drunks. Think about it why would anyone with an investment in excess of $200000, risk their future income for a few dollars for a few drunks?

The Bosanak's celebrate birthday at 1907

A regular client Bernadette Bosanak organized to celebrate a birthday with her husband and Tony Barlow & partner at the 1907 Restaurant in Queen Street Perth on Friday the 28th of November. I Picked up from their award winning home in Dailkeith by Palazzo Homes then on to pick up the Barlows in Ardross .With a tour of south Perth and kings park before dropping at 1907. They said the dinner was just great with the downstairs bar to have a drink before hand. I realized today after transporting these delightful people why wealthy people are so, it is due to the fact they treat everyone and everything with extreme respect including their possessions, their family ,their friends and anyone they come into contact with.

Sorry folks Perth is now a little crowded but our limousine is not quite so squeezy

With Perth population growing by 100,000 per year over the past few years it is no longer the sleepy dullsville of yesteryear. You can no longer turn up to your favorite restaurant without a reservation. I tried to book a Christmas lunch for my dad several months ago only to find they were nearly all booked out. The same applies to transport, many people ring us to find we are booked out 12 months in advance for peak days or think we just have limousines lying around waiting for them to ring that we can just print off like a fax. Others think limousines are like a Tardas which infinite interior room to take 13 or more , the truth is that for social jobs we only take 8, any more and you look like the 13 occupants of the smart car above. Plus we are an exclusive limousine company, meaning we select what type of clientele we will take and we restrict our limousines from undesirable venues like Ascot Races and areas like Northbridge after 10pm. We will not supply a "drunks milk run" simply because taxi's won't turn up.
If you are the type of person wishing to substitute us for a taxi then think again, we will be at least double to four times the price of that mode of transport. If on the other hand you are looking for a class service to celebrate a special occasion you are more than welcome to become one of our valued clients. We are expressly not a service for the inebriated that think we will transport them simply because they have paid and we have turned up on time. They will forfeit their fare and be left to wonder how a limo can disappear so fast. We will not risk our expensive limousine investment or ruin the next days work possibly a brides special wedding day for a few dollars from some irresponsible alcoholic. The public has only got itself to blame if taxi's would rather cue up for hours at an airport to get respectable passengers, than to risk abuse and violence from drunks from restaurants, hotels and the suburbs. My partners sister arrives back in Perth just after midnight every new years eve from Brisbane and has never had trouble getting a taxi, as they explained to her "they take one look at the party goers and head to the airport'. Now you might say not every one is like that but because no one really pulls them up on it like the drunk and disorderly laws we previously had, then everyone suffers the consequences.

Loyal and Valued Clients on Sunday 9th of November

Murry Trent and his entourage of family have been using us for "Day on the Green" at Sandalford Winery for Several Years. He is a true Australian gentleman , always treating my limousine and me with respect. This year i completely lost my cool with the incompetent traffic management and parking set down areas . They are complete numb skull Mellon heads at Mellen Events but i will no longer tolerate new traffic managers that think they can reinvent the wheel. I no longer wish to pick up my clients from a dust bowl that is dark where our clients stumble around trying to find us -all the time getting dirty. This has got to a point of being dangerous and at some point insurance continuity will become a problem for their venue. We knocked back several Premium Limousine jobs to other better venues to stay faithful to our loyal clients. If venue access and egress is going to become so time consuming and arduous then we have to reconsider taking bookings and recommending the Sandalford Winery Venue. Due to the poor and continually changing traffic management for 'day on the green' we will no longer be recommending Sandalford Winery as a venue or taking bookings to take clients there, even on non event days as we feel the transport industry has born the brunt of this incompetence long enough. We don't take our limousines off sealed roads for any other venues.
Absolutely no stars at this event.

November 8 Lauren and Waynes Wedding

Lauren and Wayne's Wedding on Saturday November the 8th could not have been finer weather for Perth. We did Photos at UWA ,Matilda Bay and South Perth before photo's at the reception at the South of Perth Yacht Club in Applecross where you are greeted by an obsequious valet attendant. I think it is such a fabulous venue except for the entry and exit gates which take a while to be attended to. More Photos at our wedding gallery.

7th November Sarahs Wedding

A very cleaver way of doing Sarahs wedding with the Photos first taking full advantage of the light then the ceremony . Locations of the Fremantle Arts Center which i found to be unique in my twelve years doing wedding. It is a hidden treasure for good shots , More Photos at My Gallery On to The Indiana Tea Rooms for beach shots which because they did them early in the afternoon before the breeze came up was not a hassle. Many brides like the idea of beach shots but organize their wedding to late in the day to make them practical.

Finally onto the Kings Park Tea Pavilion for the ceremony which its refurbishment was organised by Innerwheel Rotary Club in 1998 which my Partner Niki's mother (Gwen Binks whom has now Past away) was instrumental in achieving .

First Anniversary Celebration

After doing Lee's Wedding last year he felt it would be a good surprise for us to take them to the C Restaurant for their anniversary on Sunday 2nd of November 2008 . They commented to me that my recommendation of photos at Juniper Bank Way in Subiaco turn out to be the best Wedding Photos they had seen. They had passed this recommendation on to another friend that was getting married.
