Sloot Anniversary

Bernard Sloot of Wanneroo suprised his wife on Monday the ninth of February with a limousine trip to The Richardson in West Perth which has the Opus at The Richardson, one of Perth's most glamorous dining experiences. Expect inventive cuisine with French origins, hints of the Oriental and modern Australian fresh flavours.
Using the finest West Australian market-fresh ingredients, Chef Todd Cheavins presents his creations in seasonal menus, reflecting the availability of local produce.

The Richardson is a striking new boutique hotel, designed by renowned London architect Sir Terry Farrell. Taking a holistic approach to the context and function of the design, the architect has created a structure that is grand and outstanding, yet conservative and pragmatic.
Below is the view from Kings Park that night.
